Western Shooter Supply Return Policy

At Western Shooter Supply, we offer high-quality reloading supplies and firearms ammunition. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific returns guidelines to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers.
 
Eligibility for Returns
 
•Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the purchase date.
•Condition: Only items in their original, unopened packaging and resalable condition are eligible for returns. Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned due to safety concerns.
•Non-Returnable Items:
•Ammunition: All sales of ammunition are final. Due to safety regulations and federal laws, we cannot accept returns of ammunition.
•Reloading Components: Primers, powders, and other reloading components are non-returnable once the packaging has been opened or tampered with.
•Hazardous Materials: Items classified as hazardous materials cannot be returned under any circumstances.
 
Return Process
 
1. Initiate a Return:
•Contact our customer service team at customer.service@westernshootersupply.com  to request a return. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
2. Return Authorization:
•If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).
3. Package the Return:
•Items must be securely packaged in their original, unopened packaging. The RMA number must be marked on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the Return:
•You are responsible for shipping the return back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
 
Refunds
 
Processing: After we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
•Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3-5 business days to process the refund.
•Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may apply to returns of reloading supplies and other eligible items, which will be deducted from your refund.
 
Damaged or Defective Items
 
•If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
